CLUB GRADING
Our latest club grading was held on Sunday 21st July with Sensei Garry Harford 8th Dan. Sensei Harford took the brown and black belts through the preparations required for Dan gradings followed by a class for those taking part in the gradings. Both sessions were a masterclass in technique, timing and preparation for up coming gradings. Our students performed really well on the day with well deserved passes all round. Well done everyone!

JAMES PASSES SHODAN
Congratulations to our newest Black Belt James Woods. James travelled to Chesterfield on the 17th February to take part in the KUGB course and grading. Following a tough training session James performed really well during the grading and was rewarded with a well deserved pass. James is pictured with Sensei Andy Sherry 9th Dan and Sensei Frank Brennan 8th Dan.
